Friday afternoon, after all of my classes for the week were over, I went to visit my pal Travis. Travis had just purchased a brand new box of crayons. 64 glorious colors, all in a beautiful box with a built-in sharpener. After staring in awe at it's beauty, we noticed that the crayons were not organized in anyway. First, I wondered if every box of crayons was packaged in the same order. (If anyone can answer that question, please let me know.)
Travis is gay, and I'm OCD.
Between the two of us, we knew we had to put these crayons into their rightful, rainbow order. After several disputes on whether or not sea-foam green should follow yellow or start the blues, or whether or not orchid should be grouped with purples or pinks, we were finally successful in our organizational endeavour. The best discovery of this adventure? The new favorite color of my best friend Travis: "Mauvelous!!" What's your favorite crayon color?
All through high school, I never went anywhere without a box of crayons in my purse. You'd be surprised at how often they came in handy. I advise you to keep some crayons with you, and see how many times you find yourself using them. Crayons are amazing. You should look around the interwebs for some pretty interesting crayon facts.
Let me know what you find!

So, questions to answer:
1. Are all boxes of crayons packaged in the same order?
2. What's your favorite crayon color?
3. Do you know any interesting things about crayons?
4. Growing up, did you call them "crayons," crayins," or "crowns?"
5. Which size box do you prefer? 8, 16, 24, 36, 48, 64, 96, or 120?
later days.
